The Clinic sessions will train players in hitting, fielding. and throwing

Hitting training will  use a variety of drills in individual and small group settings focusing  on improving players quality of contact, improving exit velocity (hitting the ball harder and for longer distances), Improving players pitch recognition (recognizing balls and strikes and improving pitch tracking),and improving players timing. players will be grouped by age an ability to facilitate coaching and expedite learning.

Fielding  training will use a variety of drills in individual and small group settings focusing on improving players ability to consistently catch balls whether thrown or batted; in the air or on the ground. players will be grouped by age and ability to facilitate coaching and expedite learning.

Throwing  training will use a variety of drills in individual and small group settings focus on improving players accuracy (hitting what they are throwing at) , improving throwing velocity (throwing the ball faster and for longer distances), players will be grouped by age an ability to facilitate coaching and expedite learning.

We will use a variety of tools and metrics (for example Rader guns and bat tracking devices and potentially VR devices, etc. ) to measure and track performance and improvements.
