Hitting

Players will work through a variety of individual and small-group drills to:

•Improve quality of contact and exit velocity (hit the ball harder and farther)

•Develop pitch recognition (understanding balls vs. strikes)

•Sharpen timing and overall hitting mechanics

Fielding

Drills will help players:

•Improve consistency catching both thrown and batted balls, in the air or on the ground

•Build proper fielding technique and footwork

•Gain confidence making plays in different situations

Throwing

Players will practice drills that:

•Increase throwing accuracy and velocity

•Strengthen throwing mechanics for distance and speed

•Build confidence in game-like throwing situations

Training Tools

We’ll also use training technology such as radar guns, bat-tracking devices, and potentially VR tools to measure progress and keep players motivated as they see their improvements.
